Rick Daniels Mr. Daniels has over 18 years IT and Telephony experience. He has designed, installed, and managed over 10 national datacenters supporting over 3500 servers per center. He has provided project/program management services to a number of new software products, enhancements, and datacenter consolidations, coordinating national and international development teams. He has developed business continuance, HIPPA, and SOX compliance planning and documentation for a number of the Fortune 500 companies. He is an MCSE, CCNA, CDIA+, and PMP certified engineer.

Rick Matthews Mr. Matthews has over 20 years experience in the Telecom and IT industries with large companies, start-ups, and small businesses. Companies that Rick has worked for include Verizon, Booz-Allen and Hamilton, Teligent, BroadRiver Communications, Linmar Systems and Cedar Document Technologies. His experience includes product management, project management, management of software development teams, telco central office equipment engineering, and telco and IT operations management. He has worked in many different fields including telco engineering and management, product marketing, VoIP engineering and management, and software development. Rick has an Engineering degree from Virginia Tech and an MBA from The George Washington University.
